Tracking scholarships under investigation

I've developed a scholarship database that tracks college scholarships that have quietly disappeared following investigations by the current administration and legal challenges from conservative nonprofits. Many of these scholarships were created to support minority students. My dataset highlights patterns (which scholarships are going away, which ones remain, etc.) and identifies which student populations are most vulnerable to these removals.
